The interest rate on the Cash-Rate Linked Loan will move in line with movement by the Reserve Bank of Australia Cash Rate Target.

The RBA website (www.rba.gov.au) publishes the Cash Rate Target whenever there is a movement.
3. How long is the loan linked to the Cash Rate Target?
The loan is linked to the RBA Cash Rate Target for a minimum of 3 years
4. What are the exit fees or penalties if the loan is terminated?
There are no deferred fees or exit penalty fees should you payout your loan prior to the standard 25 or 30 year term. There is a standard $250 mortgage discharge administration fee when you discharge your loan.
5. What type of property can I use as security?
Completed residential properties in major cities and towns. Security acceptance is subject to standard lending guidelines.
